I moved from Alaska. Much of my communication with Khea was done through email/text as I was 4000 miles away. she spent a lot of time researching the MLS to find me what I desired. If one peaked my interest, she would then go to the homes, FaceTime me and give her expert advice. After being outbid on numerous homes with cash offers, she helped me find a home in a new development with a reputable builder. I wanted one who took pride in their product over one who cared more about profits. Throughout the build, she would send photos of the progress. When it came time to close, she recommended a home inspector who caught things I would not have, saving me repair cost later on. As painful as moving from one end of the country to the other, Khea made the purchasing of my new home seamless.
